Does this sleep mask touch my eyes at all? +
No. That's the biggest benefit of the 3D design. The deep contoured eye cups sit raised over your eyes, so nothing presses on your eyelids, lashes or eyeballs. You can blink and move your eyes freely.
Does it really block all light? +
The mask uses an opaque light-blocking layer and a contoured fit that seals around the nose and sides, creating a very dark environment. Actual darkness can vary slightly with face shape and strap adjustment — that's why we don't claim "100% blackout.
Is it comfortable for side sleepers? +
Yes. The slim contoured edges and soft padding mean it sits flat against your temples, so it stays comfortable when your head is on the pillow, and the adjustable strap keeps it in place.
Will it work with eyelash extensions? +
Yes — it's one of the best mask types for lash wearers. Because the eye cavities are deep and nothing presses against the lashes, extensions won't be squashed or rubbed.
What material is it made of? +
The outer shell and inner lining are soft premium polyester fabric, with polyurethane foam padding, an opaque blackout interlayer, a soft elastic strap (polyester/elastane) and smooth plastic adjusters. No latex, no magnets, no electronics.
How do I wash it? +
Hand wash only at max 30°C with mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Reshape gently and air dry flat away from direct sunlight.
Will it fit my head size? +
Yes — it's one size fits all. The elastic strap adjusts on BOTH sides with smooth sliders, so you can set the exact tightness you want, from snug to loose.
Will the strap snag my hair or slip off at night? +
No Velcro is used, so there's no hair snagging. The soft elastic and dual-side adjusters hold the setting securely through normal sleep movement.
Can I use it for travel and daytime naps? +
Absolutely. It's ideal for flights, trains, hotels, camping, shift work, and daytime sleeping. It comes in a premium box, which also makes it a great gift.
