Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at support@restfulnightsuk.online quoting your order number.
2. How to return an item

We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide a returns address.
Send it back
Post the item back to us, unopened and in its original packaging where possible.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or proof of postage.
3. Condition of returned items
Items should be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging wherever possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept the return of opened or used food supplement products unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you, including return postage.
4. Return postage costs
If you're cancelling because you simply changed your mind, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll cover the return postage cost.
5. Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include the product price and standard delivery cost, but not any express delivery upgrade you may have chosen.
