1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

3. Delivery cost & timing
Standard tracked delivery costs [Insert Cost / Free over £X] and takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or bank holidays.
4. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also check progress on our Track Your Order page.
5. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Missed deliveries
If you're not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will usually leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If there's no update after 2 extra working days, email us and we'll chase it with the courier on your behalf.
7. Order issues on arrival
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
