Where do I find my tracking number?It's included in your dispatch confirmation email, sent as soon as your order leaves us via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
When will tracking update?Tracking usually appears within 24 hours of dispatch. If it's brand new, check back a little later.
My number won't trackDouble-check for typos, and make sure you're using the number exactly as shown in your email, with no spaces.
